P. art. 1061 for the defendants to assert in a reconventional demand all causes of action that he may have against the plaintiffs that arise out of the transaction or occurrence that is the subject matter of the principal demand. Welch, J., dissents and would deny the writ. The criteria set forth in Herlitz Construction Co., Inc. v. Hotel Investors of New Iberia, Inc., 396 So. 2d 878 ( La. 1981) ( per curiam), are not met.
