Grigsby v. Liles

In accordance with the mandate given us by the Supreme Court of Alabama, we have carefully reviewed the action of the trial court in setting aside the agreed judgment and the granting of a new trial which subsequently became the basis for *Page 638 the petition of mandamus, and we find that such action did not constitute an abuse of discretion by the court or is plainly and palpably wrong. Petition for mandamus denied.
