PER CURIAM. This appeal, like Brewster v. United States, No. 14,145, 102 U.S.App.D.C.-, 255 F.2d 899, is from a conviction for contempt of Congress, 2 U.S.C.A. § 192, and involves the question of the jurisdiction of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations of the Committee on Government Operations. On the authority of Brewster the judgment of conviction herein is reversed and the case is remanded to the District Court with directions to dismiss the indictment. So ordered.
