Wise & Lynn v. the Columbian Turnpike Company

Upon the return of the rule, ft appearing that the gum awarded was only 4S dollars, the Court, all thé Judges being present, decided that they fiad no jurisdiction, although' the sum claimed by Wise Sf Lynn, before the commissioners of the road, was more than 100 dollars. 1 Writ of error dismissed.
