The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Carl Wayne James, Also Known as Wayne James, Appellant
On the Court’s own motion, appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that the Court of Appeals does not have jurisdiction to entertain it (see, NY Const, art VI, § 3; CPLR 5601; CPL 450.90; People v Tramell, 77 NY2d 893). Motion for poor person relief dismissed as academic.
