PER CURIAM.
The majority of the court, consisting of ANDERSON, C. J., McCLEL-LAJN, SOMERVILLE, GARDNER), and THOMAS, JJ., are of the opinion that the decision of the Court of Appeals was correct and should be affirmed. This results in a denial of the application for certiorari.
