Bacon v. United States Fidelity Guaranty Co.

For the reasons assigned in Fulmer v. Great American Indemnity Co., 5 So.2d 923, this day decided by us, the judgment of the district court is reversed and set aside, and the demands of plaintiff are rejected and the suit dismissed at his costs.
