Wiest, C. J. In City of Muskegon Heights v. Danigelis, 253 Mich. 260 (73 A. L. R. 696), we defined “calamity bonds,” and I stand firmly by that decision. “Calamity bonds” remain such, regardless of attempted mutation, may be in single or successive issues, but cannot, in aggregate amount, exceed the limit fixed by law. I, therefore, concur in denying the writ. Butzel, Sharpe, Chandler, and North, JJ., concurred with Wiest, J.
