It is ordered and adjudged by this court, that the judgment of the said Court of Appeals be, and the *100 same is hereby, affirmed on authority of Skinner v. Pennsylvania Rd. Co., 127 Ohio St., 69, 186 N. E., 722, and Gumley, Admr., v. Cowman, 129 Ohio St., 36, 193 N. E., 627. Judgment affirmed. Weygandt, C. J., Stephenson, Williams, Jones, Matthias and Zimmerman, JJ., concur.
