Suit in equity by D.D. Banks and others, as trustees of the Boyd Memorial Baptist Church of La Grande, *Page 2 against the Community Church of La Grande, a corporation, to have a deed conveying realty on which plaintiffs' church stands declared void. From a decree dismissing the complaint, plaintiffs appeal. REVERSED.
