Smith v. Cox

The opinion of the Court was delivered by Mr. Justice Gary. This is an action to recover possession of a tract of land, sold by the sheriff under an alleged delinquent land sale. A trial by jury was waived. The findings of fact by his Honor, the presiding Judge, are not subject to review by this Court, and his conclusions of law are affirmed for the reasons stated in his decree.
