The opinion of the Court was delivered by Mr. Justice Baker. The dissenting or minority opinion in this case sets forth the facts, and issues. In view of the majority opinion in Southern Liquor Distributors et al. v. John M. Daniel, Attorney General, et al. (S. C.), 183 S. E., 765, this day filed, it follows that the petition of the said Edward Fields must be granted. And it is so adjudged. Messrs. Justices Carter and Fisi-iburne concur. Mr. Chief Justice Stabrer and Mr. Justice Bonham dissent.
