Dixon v. Roessler

The opinion of the Court was delivered by Mr. Justice Woods. This Court is satisfied with the conclusion of the Circuit Judge and the reasoning on which it rests. We express no opinion, however, as to the character of the interest or estate which the daughter Margaret took in the lot on St. Phillip' street, as that point is not involved in the appeal.
