The opinion of the Court was. delivered by
Mr. Justice Fraser.
The decree of Judge Featherstone, appealed from, sufficiently covers the case, and is affirmed for the reasons stated by him. The case of Elliott v. Heyward, 121 S. E., 257, cited therein,' settles this case.
