Spokane County, Respondent, v. Certain Lots in City of Spokane, Defendants, the City of Spokane, Appellant

Per Curiam. This case is a companion case to the case of Spokane County v. Certain Lots in Spokane, ante p. 393, 287 Pac. 675. The issues are the same as in the preceding case and for the same reason the judgment below will be reversed. It is so ordered.
