In the oase of HInton vs. Little, et al, the Supreme Court of Idaho In 1931, %?96 Pac. As to whether the partlaular water6 affected by the sewer system of the City of Temple, oonstl- tute a water course or a body of water, art questions of fact WliIOh we cannot answer.
