People v. Illescas

Application by the appellant for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated May 11, 2016 (People v Illescas, 139 AD 3d 873 [2016]), affirming a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered February 25, 2014. Ordered that the application is denied. The appellant has failed to establish that he was denied the *1264 effective assistance of appellate counsel (see Jones v Barnes, 463 US 745 [1983]; People v Stultz, 2 NY3d 277 [2004]).
