[1] Appeal from a judgment of the United States Court of International Trade, 590 F.Supp. 1273 (Ct.Int'l Trade 1984), that substantial evidence supported the United States International Trade Commission's negative injury determinations with respect to imports of prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Spain, France, the United Kingdom, and Brazil. Decision [2] The judgment appealed from is affirmed on the basis of the opinion filed by Senior Judge Maletz. [3] AFFIRMED.
