White v. Laughlin

PER CURIAM. The trial judge found that this case was controlled by the opinion in Kokotoff v. Higman, Fla.App.1958, 101 So.2d 166, and directed a verdict for the defendant. We have reviewed the facts presented by the plaintiff in the light of the arguments and hold that no error has been demonstrated. Affirmed. HORTON, C. J., and PEARSON and CARROLL, CHAS., JJ., concur.
