GLADNEY, Judge. This case is a companion suit to Fullilove v. United States Casualty Company of New York, La.App., 120 So.2d 285. The questions of fact and law involved in the two cases are identical. Accordingly, the judgment from which appealed is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
