BOLIN, Judge. This case was consolidated with Number 9664, styled Wilson et al. v. Kelly et al., this day decided by us and reported in 138 So.2d 837. For the reasons stated therein, the judgment of the lower court is affirmed at appellants’ cost. Affirmed.
