FRUGÉ, Judge. This is a companion case to the suit entitled Peart, et ux. v. Slocum, La.App., 142 So.2d 421. The pertinent facts in the instant case are similar to those in the Peart, et ux. case, supra. For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment below is affirmed. Affirmed.
