PER CURIAM.
The decision of the District Court of Appeal, Third District, in this cause, 141 So.2d 632, has been certified by that court for review by certiorari, under Article V, Section 4(2), Florida Constitution, F.S.A. We have considered the records, briefs and argument of counsel and find the decision of the District Court to be correct. Therefore the judgment of that court in this cause is hereby affirmed.
