CHASEZ, Judge.
This suit is a companion suit to No. 1008 entitled Mrs. Theresa Bohlender, widow of August F. Friedel, Sr. v. Bayou Tours, Inc., and Marquette Casualty Company, La.App., 156 So.2d 255, and for the reasons set forth in that matter, the judgment appealed from in this case is affirmed.
Affirmed.
