Romero v. State

PER CURIAM. Appellant, Maykell Romero, appeals the summary denial of his pro se motion for correction of jail credit filed under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.801. We affirm without prejudice to Appellant’s right to file a timely, facially sufficient motion raising this issue under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. See [1283] Johnson v. State, 60 So.3d 1045, 1052 (Fla.2011). AFFIRMED. LAWSON, C.J., BERGER and WALLIS, JJ., concur.
