PER CURIAM.
Upon review of appellant’s June 3, 2011 Notice of Intent Regarding Filing of Initial Brief, the Final Judgment of the trial court is affirmed. See Vargas v. Enter. Leasing Co., 60 So.3d 1037 (Fla.2011), and Fla. R.App. P. 9.315(a).
