PER CURIAM This is a conviction for a violation of the so-called hot check law (Art. 567b, Vernon’s P. C.), with punishment assessed at a fine of $300 and confinement in jail for one year and one day. The record is before us without a statement of facts or bills of exception. All proceedings appear to be regular, and nothing is presented for review. The judgment is affirmed.
