Decree of the Surrogate’s Court of Kings county affirmed, with costs to the executors and to the charitable institutions payable out of the estate, upon the authority of Matter of Harteau (125 App. Div. 710). Hirschberg, P. J., Woodward, Jenks, Burr and Rich, JJ., concurred.
