Richard Bachia and Another v. C. Milton Rogers
Motion for reargument denied, without costs. On the new
[879] trial of this action the plaintiffs m,ay prove that the order permitting the giving and filing of a new or amended undertaking was complied with by plaintiffs (O'Connor v.
