Award reversed and claim dismissed, with costs against the State Industrial Board, on the authority of Matter of Quirk v. Erie Railroad Co. (235 N. Y. 405). Cochrane, P. J., H. T. Kellogg, Hinman, Hasbrouck and McCann, JJ., concur.
