Max Schildkraut v. Nathan Mentcher, " John ", Flier and " John " Balaban, First Names Unknown to
Order directing payment of monthly rental during pendency of action reversed upon the law and the facts, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, and motion denied, with ten dollars costs.
