In the Matter of the Application of William Uhlee, for an Examination of the Ballots under the Election Law Chester Coso
Final order modified by directing that on the recanvass ballot marked Exhibit No. 10 be counted, and as so modified affirmed, without costs of this appeal to either party. (See People ex rel.
