Marion H. Seixas v. John C. Hegeman and John Willson Harris
Action by the assignee of a bondholder upon a guaranty of a bond issue which bond issue is also secured by a trust mortgage on a leasehold. Order granting plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and the judgment entered thereon unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., O’Malley, Untermyer, Dore and Cohn, JJ.
