South Buffalo Stores, Inc. v. W. T. Grant Company and Others

— Judgment modified by reducing the amount of damages awarded from fifty dollars to six cents, and as modified affirmed, with costs to the respondent against the appeHants. Certain finding of fact and conclusion of law disapproved and reversed and new finding and conclusion made. AH concur.
