Richard Klein, an Infant under the Age of Fourteen Years, by Carl Klein, His Guardian ad Litem v. Ramapo Park, Inc.
Action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff, while a social visitor on the lands of the defendant, as a consequence of coming in contact with a barbed wire fence while coasting on a snow sled. Judgment dismissing the complaint unanimously affirmed, with costs. (Higgins v. Mason, 255 N. Y. 104, 108.) The ease of Barr v. Green (210 N. Y. 252) is distinguishable.
