Allegheny Ludlum Steel Corporation v. William J. Kelley, Constituting the New York State Labor Relations Board
Judgment and order affirmed, with costs. All concur. (The judgment dismisses the complaint in an action for a declaratory judgment to restrain defendant from taking steps to determine a representative of plaintiff’s supervisory employees to bargain collectively with plaintiff.
