Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that the district court did not abuse its discretion and that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Boyd v. Cooley, CA-87-2280 (D.S.C. Jan. 9, 1991).
