[1] Plaintiff Tony Lovato appeals the district court's summary judgment order in favor of the City of Albuquerque and its employee, Robert Sanchez, on plaintiff's claims for wrongful retaliation in violation of the First Amendment and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. On appeal plaintiff dropped a claim he had earlier asserted under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1981. [2] After reviewing the record, we are convinced that the district court correctly analyzed the law and facts.
