In re Estate of Beverson

By the Court: We agree with the Court below, that on the facts disclosed by the bill of exceptions the connection between Tilly Beverson and the deceased was meretricious, and that there was no proof whatever of any marriage between them. Order affirmed—remittitur forthwith.
