Santa Cruz Railroad v. Board of Supervisors

The Court: We are satisfied, from the record, that the conditions precedent upon which the respondent was entitled to have the bonds issued to it, had all been performed by it, before the commencement of this proceeding, and therefore that the judgment appealed from should be affirmed. (Nevada Bank v. Steinmetz, 10 P. C. L. J. 459.) Judgment affirmed. McKee, Myrick, and Thornton, JJ., dissented.
