In the Matter of Annie Bolden v. Barbara Blum, as Commissioner of the New York State Department of Social Services
Motion to amend remittitur by striking award of costs to respondent Blum granted, return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended by deleting the words "with costs” and substituting therefor the words "without costs”. [See 48 NY2d 946.]
