In the Matter of James P. Shipp v. Andrea Shipp
Appeal dismissed, without costs, by the Court of Appeals sua sponte, upon the ground that no appeal lies as of right pursuant to CPLR 5601 (d) to review a prior unanimous order of the Appellate Division [see, Shipp v Gaglia, 97 AD2d 945] absent the direct involvement of a substantial constitutional question (CPLR 5601, as amended by L 1985, ch 300, § 1).
