The People of the State of New York v. James Fullwood
Motion for an extension of time within which to apply for permission to appeal pursuant to CPL 460.20 dismissed. A previous CPL 460.20 application by defendant for permission to appeal to the Court of Appeals was denied, and only one such application is allowed (see, People v McCarthy, 250 NY 358, 361).
