Under the pleadings and evidence the judge did not abuse his discretion in granting an order on the interlocutory hearing of the application for injunction, -which, in effect, temporarily enjoined both parties from cutting, or removing the timber from the land in dispute. Judgment affirmed. All the Justices concur.
