Pottle, J. There was no error in any of the rulings of the magistrate, when considered in the light of the explanation made in his answer. The evidence was conflicting, but authorized the verdict, and this court will not disturb the decision of the judge of the superior court in overruling the certiorari. Judgment affirmed.
