Burris v. State

Broyles, J. 1. Evidence that one of the State’s witnesses, since the trial, has made declarations that his testimony given upon the trial was false, is not cause for a new trial. Wilson v. State, 15 Ga. App. 632 (84 S. E. 81); Clark v. State, 117 Ga. 254 (8) (43 S. E. 853). 2. The evidence authorized the verdict, and no error of law appears. Judgment affirmed.
