Hartline v. State

Bloodworth, J. The indictment charged the defendant with manufacturing intoxicating liquor. The jury returned a verdict of attempting to manufacture such liquor. The evidence is not sufficient to support the verdict rendered, and the court erred in overruling the motion for a new trial. Judgment reversed. Broyles, G. J., and Luhe, J., concur. B. T. Brock, J.
