Bboti.es, O. J. The conviction of the defendant depended wholly upon circumstantial evidence, and the evidence was not sufficient to exclude every reasonable hypothesis save that of her guilt. It follows that the court erred in overruling her motion for a new trial. Judgment reversed. Luke and Bloodworth, JJ., concur. Porter & Mebane, for plaintiff in error. Alec Harris, solicitor, contra.
