Per Curiam.
A majority of the court holds, upon the authority of Garfunkel v. Byck, 28 Ga. App. 651 (113 S. E. 95), that the court did not err in sustaining the demurrer and dismissing the plaintiff’s petition.
Judgment affirmed.
