Stolz, Judge. The decision of this court in the present case reversing the judgment of the trial court (Middlebrooks v. State, 135 Ga. App. 411 (218 SE2d 110)) having been reversed by the Supreme Court (State v. Middlebrooks, 236 Ga. 52), our decision is hereby vacated and the judgment of the trial court is affirmed in accordance with the decision of the Supreme Court in this case. Judgment affirmed. Deen, P. J., concurs. Evans, J., concurs specially.
